Dubai and Abu Dhabi have both earned places in the Smart City Index 2024\u2019s top 12 global cities, as per a report compiled by Switzerland\u2019s International Institute for Management Development (IMD)<\/a>, a testament to their rapid advancements in urban technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the forefront of this digital evolution is the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), responsible for overseeing digital transformation at the federal level.
