Intellectual Property

Intellectual property is one of the important topics and discussions that has been considered as one of the important activities of science and technology parks in recent years. Many research and investigation activities are carried out in universities and research centers, however, a large number of them do not reach the stage of commercialization, product production, wealth, and improvement of public welfare. Research conducted in universities and research centers is mainly considered as private property. The private property system has been widely criticized in the world, because the results of research do not return to society as much as necessary and the intellectual property law, with all its benefits, remains underused. For this purpose, in order to achieve wealth creation in technology development centers, the plan to establish an intellectual property system in research and industrial centers around the world, both public and private, has been experimented for many years and has brought many achievements.

The Soft Technology and Cultural Industries Park, as the only specialized and thematic park for cultural industries in the country, has an important responsibility in supporting soft technologies and cultural industries, which is to organize and form an integrated and codified intellectual property system for cultural industries in the country.
