Science and technology parks are established with the aim of increasing societal wealth through encouraging and promoting a culture of innovation and enhancing competitiveness among companies and institutions that rely on science and knowledge within the park environment. In this regard, the National Park of Soft Sciences and Cultural Industries, with divine assistance, aims to be one of the top five hubs for the production of creative cultural and media products in Asia and a leader in the commercialization of cultural technology and creative products within a fifteen-year horizon, through three five-year periods.
