Dr. Hassan Moslemni Naini, the President of the ACECR and his managers, attended at the soft Technology and Cultural Industries Park, on Monday,18 November 2024, and were closely informed about the current and future programs and activities of the park. During a meeting, they discussed strategies for developing the Global City of Innovations, Soft Technologies and Cultural Industries.
According to the Public Relations Department of the National Park of Soft Sciences, Technologies and Cultural Industries, in this meeting, which was attended by the President of ACECR and all members of the Board of Directors of this institution and hosted by the President, Vice Presidents and Managers of the park, Dr. Moslemni Naini called this park one of the honors of ACECR and emphasized: The Global City of Innovations, Soft Technologies and Cultural Industries, as one of the main topics of the park’s activities, is a great, important and proud work, and we must use all the capacities of ACECR to meet its needs and provide the conditions for its creation and development in the country.
The head of ACECR asked the vice presidents of this institution to design and implement a new model to align the existing capabilities and capacities of ACECR and the provincial units, especially in the fields of culture and commercialization, in the path of creating and developing the global city of soft technologies and cultural industries.
He expressed hope: With the existing facilities in ACECR and the collective efforts of the relevant managers in the central headquarters, the provincial units of this institution and the managers of this park, in the near future we will witness the opening of the global city of soft technologies and cultural industries in Tehran and the creation of its villages in the provincial centers.
Dr. Mohammad Hossein Imani Khoshkho, head of the Soft Technology and Cultural Industries Park, thanked the head and vice presidents of ACECR for supporting the programs of this park and said: Activities in the field of culture and soft technologies are among the advantages of this institution and we must expand the services of this institution in order to meet the needs of the country by making innovative and major moves.
He gave a history of how the Soft Technology and Cultural Industries Park was formed, and explained some of its activities and programs, saying: “Based on assessments and in accordance with the development plan and forecasts for the first 5 years, as well as the opinions of managers of external centers and organizations, this park has been successful and has been able to move ahead of the initial plan and forecasts.”
Referring to the process taken to approve the single article establishing the Global City of Innovations, Soft Technologies and Cultural Industries in the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and its notification by the President, the head of the Soft Technology and Cultural Industries Park said: “Launching this world city this year is the main priority of the park, which requires the jihadi effort and the support of the entire ACECR complex.”
He clarified: “In ACECR, whenever we have made an effort and accomplished great and ground-breaking work for the country, we have been successful.”
Imani Khoshkho requested the head of ACECR to allocate a space appropriate for the Global City of Cultural Industries in the city center for the secretariat of launching this large and national project and to mobilize the capacities available in ACECR for this issue, and said: This year, the land required for this global city will be acquired, and based on the studies conducted in the park, its design and implementation will begin in accordance with the available space.
He added: The orientation of the park is to create and launch a global city of innovations, soft technologies, and cultural industries, and we are consulting with the private sector as well as ambassadors of regional countries to participate in this global city.
